GRAPPA DI VERDUZZO TREVIGIANO
Verduzzo Trevigiano grappa is a delicate eau-de-vie, elegantly flowery and fruity on the nose with mellow hints of peach and apricot. Typically dry full flavour with persistent finish but no harshness.
Try it with fresh white and red flesh fruit (thinly sliced and added to the grappa), local fruit jellies (e.g. peach, apricot) and as an accompaniment to fully mature cheeses, honey and Gorgonzola cheese, watermelon and white melon.
This depends on the food pairing, but also well chilled at 5-6° C.
