CABERNET FRANC I.G.T.
Well-balanced, big in character marked by a strong vegetable tinge of green pepper, nettle and elderflower enriched by blackcurrants, blackberries and pepper. These distinguishing features are uniquely typical of the Piave area and come through powerfully in the taste.
This wine is a good accompaniment for red and white meat especially in the local culinary repertoire of plain dishes such as braised beef or game. It also goes well with cheese and more complex first courses.
Best served at a temperature of 16-18° C.
